Innovation - Thinking Outside the Box
|
To innovate is to invent or begin to apply new ideas, and BXL has consistently done this over the past few years. We have proven that we can create and deliver programmes and initiatives that add value to commissioners by improving the working opportunities for young people and adults in the midlands region. Holistic approach
We believe in looking beyond the obvious issues and we aim to address the root of the problems and our Improving Chances programme shows our ability to do this. We believed there was a requirement to address multi-generational unemployment. Through a tailored programme of self-awareness, confidence building and practical guidance on finding a job, we are helping families, from young children to grandparents, to work together to break the cycle of unemployment and to raise their aspirations as a family unit. Filling the gaps With the day-to-day involvement we have in the region, we know where the gaps are and we have the capability and the creativity to develop the solutions to fill them. We always welcome the opportunity to talk to commissioners to share our experiences and ideas of how we can all make this region a better one in which to llve, learn and work in. Further information We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your challenges and requirements with you. Please call us on 0845 600 7756 or send an email to
