      • Volunteering: Join some of the events that we run at schools in your area.  In just an hour, you can do some practice interviews with young people to prepare them for the real interviews they’ll have to do for their work experience placement
      • Facility improvement: Send a small team of people to dig an area for a school vegetable garden, paint a playground or refurbish an area in a building to give young people more facilities
