 Work Related Learning Programmes
  • Enterprising Behaviour 
    Supports the integration and enhancement of enterprise learning into the curriculum. Students will experience a true-to-life enterprise environment to learn, practice and demonstrate critical thinking skills needed in the workplace.
  • Work Ready
    Prepares students for the transition from secondary school to further education, training or employment. Through a series of practical activities, students build their confidence, raise their aspirations and develop their skills to manage this big step change in their lives.

  • Guess My Job/Challenging Stereotypes
    Stimulates students to think about different types of jobs and challenges students perceptions of jobs, sectors, gender and ethnicity.
  • Careers Information Event
    To broaden horizons and gain information about future careers and educational options, students talk directly to staff from a wide range of organisations, businesses, training providers, colleges and universities. Parents and carers may be invited to the event.
  • Money4U
    Introduces students to personal finance, giving them the knowledge they need to make sensible financial decisions.

  • Journalism Challenge
    Supports Functional Skills in English by giving students an insight into the world of journalism, and allowing them to work as a team to research and produce a piece of work about their school or community.
  • Job Taster Workshops
    During a series of interactive workshops students get a taste of a variety of job roles and industry sectors.
  • Going for Profit
    During this enterprise event students are tasked with running a pizza take-away business. Teams compete to win as much market share  as possible.  The event allows students to analyse basic business data, make logical decisions and develop enterprise skills.
  • Enterprise in the curriculum
    Improves students' understanding of the relevance of their education to the world of work. Working with employers and teachers, students can apply their creative thinking to help them to develop their enterprise skills.
  • Investigating Job Roles
    Students explore pivotal roles in a business – HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing

We deliver bespoke, innovative, curriculum based sessions in a real business environments. Currently we have centres at Land Rover, Jaguar and the NEC and we are looking to expand into all the key business sectors in the Midlands.
