Improving Chances project

This programme aims to help families and individuals, in the south of the city, to break down the barriers to employment.  We will work with you to update your skills and build your confidence to get you back on the employment ladder.  With free courses and work experience, we will improve your employability and life skills while offering practical support on personal finance, health, childcare and rights.

Impact Project

Similar to the Improving Chances programme the Impact project aims to help individuals to break down the barriers to employment. It is, however, only open to adults (over 16) who live in the Ladywood constituency of Birmingham. We will work with you to update your skills and build your confidence to get you back on the employment ladder, with free courses, work experience  and support from a mentor, we will up-skill you to improve your employability
